- Advised Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies and Grupo Cobra in connection with the US$ 675 million project development and project financing of the Rayis Rabigh Independent Water Transmission Project in Saudi Arabia. The project is the first-of-its kind procured by Saudi Water Partnership Company.
- Advised Nesma CompanyLimited in connection with the US$ 1,975 million project development and project financing of three residential communities located in NEOM, Saudi Arabia, in connection with NEOM's first wave of residential communities projects. Recognised as the largest accommodation PPP project in the region and one of the largest PPP projects in the Middle East to date.
- Advised a bidder inconnection with its bid for ADNOC's Project Wave, the development of two standalone greenfield seawater nanofiltration plants and the construction of related pumping stations and transmission pipelines.
- Advised Jazan Gas Projects Company in connection with the US$ 2 billion disposal of the air separation unit to Jazan Integrated Gasification and Power Company, a joint venture between ACWA Power, Air Products plc and Saudi Aramco, in connection with the US$12 billion project financing of the world scale integrated gasification and combined cycle energy project within the Jazan Refinery Complex in Saudi Arabia. The IGCC transaction was awarded “Global Deal of the Year 2021” by Project Finance International.

- Advised Vision International Investment Company (Vision Invest) on various corporate matters.
- Advised Anduril Industries, Inc. on certain commercial and corporate matters.
- Advised VTB Bank’s commodities trading arm in relation to the storage and transportation of shipments of bulk liquids throughout the Middle East.
Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions
- Advised Cayan Energy on the acquisition of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company’s, Bahrain’s sovereign wealth fund’s, shareholding interest in Mueller Middle East.
- Advised DIV Capital on the acquisition of a substantial minority interest in SunVena Holdings, a US-based solar energy company.
- Advised Adenium Solar Jordan Limited, Bank Al-Etihad and Clean Energy Concepts on the sale of four 50 MWac solar photovoltaic power plants to Voltalia S.A.
- Advised Al Mutlaq Group in relation to its acquisition of a substantial minority interest in Jordan Wood Industries Company PLC (JWICO).
Corporate - Restructuring & Special Situations
- Advised Mueller Industries, Inc. on the financial restructuring of its operations in the Middle East.
- Advised Airport International Group (AIG) on the restructuring, renegotiation and settlement of certain claims concerning the rehabilitation, expansion and operation agreement entered into with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan relating to the Queen Alia International Airport, the largest public private partnership project in Jordan.
- Advised multiple solar and IPP power project companies and their sponsors in connection with the projects’ power offtaker’s payment defaults and various disputes, negotiations and restructuring considerations among the parties in relation thereto.
