- Advised Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies and Grupo Cobra in connection with the US$ 675 million project development and project financing of the Rayis Rabigh Independent Water Transmission Project in Saudi Arabia. The project is the first-of-its kind procured by Saudi Water Partnership Company.
- Advised a bidder in connection with its bid for ADNOC's Project Wave, the development of two standalone greenfield seawater nanofiltration plants and the construction of related pumping stations and transmission pipelines.
- Advising ACWA Power, Khazana, Malakof and Tenaga National on the US$3billion Shuaibah 3 independent power and water project.
- Advised ACWA Power, Mitsubishi Corporation and Gulf Investment Corporation in connection with the US$ 2.5 billion Shuqaiq IWPP.
Infrastructure
- Advised Nesma in connection with the US$ 975 million project development and project financing of two residential communities located in NEOM. Recognised as the largest accommodation PPP project in the region and one of the largest PPP projects in the Middle East to date.
- Advised Nesma in connection with the Wave 2 TBC Schools PPP bid.
- Advised Tasheel and VFS Gloal in connection with a public private partnership project in relation to the collection of biometric data and issuance of visas.
- Advised the Etisalat consortium with regard to the bid for a GSM licence and subsequently leading the team in connection with a pre-incorporation IPO.
Hydrocarbons
- Advised Jazan Gas Projects Company in connection with the development of an air separation facility dedicated to the Jazan Refinery Complex Project and the subsequent US$ 2 billion disposal to Jazan Integrated Gasification and Power Company as part of a wider US$ 12 billion project financing of an integrated gasification and combined cycle energy project. The Jazan Gas Projects Company’s project financing was awarded “MENA Petrochemicals Deal of the Year 2015” by Infrastructure Journal Global, “Middle East and Africa Industrial Deal of the Year 2015” by Project Finance International and “Global Finance Deal of the Year: Projects 2016” by The American Lawyer.
- Advising Sadara on its US$20 billion petrochemical complex, the then largest petrochemical project financing in the world.
